#648 DVD Menu buttons, show wrong button when highlighted.

On Ubuntu 16.10 I created a DVD menu with some text buttons, the highlight of is the text of the first button, not the previous buttons.

On the main screen I created "Play All" and "Select Chapters"

"Select Chapters" shows "Play All" as its highlight and shadow, on the chapter select, on the Chapter select screen everything including an arrow I created has "Chapter 1" as the highlight and Shadow.

This is only on the rendered output, not in the editor.

Did you test it with VLC?

Ah ... the bug happens in Xine and VLC. But not in Totem, so am assuming it is a player issue.

Haven't tried in a real dvd player yet.
