#625 Inconsistency between button numbers in DVDStyler and DVDAuthor

There's an inconsistency between the numbering of buttons in DVDStyler and DVDAuthor that makes it cumbersome to use commands like button=1024*n; to highlight a button.

If a button other than Button 1 is chosen as "First highlighted button" that button becomes button 1 in DVDAuthor.

The attached dvdauthor.xml is for a menu having 6 buttons. Button 5 is selected as "First highlighted button" and becomes button 1 in DVDAuthor while buttons 1-4 get an offset of +1 compared to the values in DVDStyler.

Thanks for replies ,however I do not understand programming code, all I would like is a simple icon I can use to add numbers or text to a video clip, such as other buttons shown in DVD Styler.
