#610 First title freezes at 5 seconds during playback

I am having trouble playing the DVD I authoried with DVDStyler. This is only an issue on one laptop, but other DVDs play fine on the same laptop using the same video player (Toshiba DVD Player).

My video consists of 2 titles. The first title is just a image that is supposed to play for 10 seconds and then display the VMGM Menu. On one laptop, it freezes at 5 seconds and doesn't go anywhere. The overall "First Play Command" is set to "jump title 1;" (without quotes). The first title's "Post Commands" are set to "call vmgm menu 1;" (without quotes).

Is there something I can do to ensure that the first title completes playing and transitions over to the VMGM menu? Also, is there a way to prevent users from skipping the first title? I don't want the menus to be accessible while it's playing.

I am not sure.

DVDStyler V2.8 may help you.
When I use V2.8.1-V2.9.4 (32bit edition), images seem to have a little problem.
