#602 dvd subtitles bug

Hello guys, I have been testing DVDStyler 2.9.2 on my mac pro 3,1 with yosemite 10.10.3.
I like this program very much. I just found a bug with subtitles.
For example, I create a mkv (multi language, subtitles, lossles) video file with mkvmaker from a DVD, called Bolt.mkv. Afterwards I'm going to load Bolt.mkv into DVDStyler in order to create a new iso file without re-encoding. It works well and fast BUT in the new DVD iso file when subtitles are selected they appear compleately BLACK.

It's not a bug.

You need to use a palette.
