#594 'No such file or directory' with non-native localization

Russian language is default on my Ubuntu 14.10, and if DVDStyler (2.9) use Russian, all is Ok. But when I change interface to any other language (English, for example), loading file from directory that contains cyrillic symbols gives an error 'No such file or directory'.
Moreover, when I set any other language than English or Russian, after restart I got ad error 'locale XX_xx cannot be set', but the interface is translated at the same time.

Something like it seems to occurs when a filename (or path) contains blank spaces
