#585 ERR: 2 opening subtitle file

Hi good day, I would aid how come every time I'm trying to push a video with subtitles it always of an error like this:
Multiplexing subtitles
Subtitles multiplexing 1 of 1
Run the command: spumux -P -s 0 "C: \ Users \ OFFICE ~ 1 \ AppData \ Local \ Temp \ dvd-cache \ entry001.vob_spumux.xml"
DVDAuthor :: spumux, version 0.7.1.

Unfortunately some symbols such as  or º are not supported in filenames for sibtitles
