#584 version 2.8.1 Windows build missing DLLs required by growisofs

I downloaded the DVDStyler-2.8.1-libav-win64.exe installer and tested out DVDStyler. Everything worked fine until I tried to create the DVD and burn it to a disk. When the program attempted to run growisofs.exe, it complained about DLL files that were missing. The two missing DLL files were libgcc_s_dw2-1.dll and libwinpthread-1.dll. After getting those two DLL files and placing them in the bin directory, DVDStyler was able to run growisofs and burn the generated DVD to disc.
