#509 Buttons tab not showing in some translations

It's a simple interface bug: buttons tab is not showing in some translation off the app because it doesn't fit in the window - example (brazilian portuguese):

Another issue that seems related: trying to use files with non english characters (like, for example, "í", "á" or "é") with a non english interface - explaining it more, I can use this files with english interface:

... but trying to use the same files with interface changed to brazilian portuguese, leads to (sometimes, with "file not found" in the message):
