[Dvdauthor-users] QUIT and spumux questions

I have a few dvdauthor related questions, like:

I would like define a DVD QUIT or EXIT command at the end of VTS, but
dunno what to insert into this:

<dvdauthor>
    <vmgm />
    <titleset>
        <titles>
            <pgc>
                <vob file="movie.mpeg" />
            </pgc>
        </titles>
    </titleset>
</dvdauthor>

Next, I would like to define the subtitle country id while using spumux, but
I can't find any reference.

Same with mplex while multiplexing the audio channels, but thats
offtopic... ;-)

At the moment when I'm remultiplexing audio and subtitles, every dvd
diagnostic program telling 'audio channel unspecified', 'subtitle
unspecified', but I would like to tell at muxing time the country id
or something.
