The its easy. Simply use the vob as the mpeg2. They are the same except
that the authored files (vob) have nav sector info filled in.  dvdauthor
will discard the existing nav sector data and rebuild it, so you will 
only lose the original chapter/title breaks. I dont think dvdauthor can 
handle multiple angles, though.. I could be wrong.
