I think the expected behavior is that the sector number stored in VIDEO_TS.IFO file that determines where the BUP file will go is now guaranteed to be at least 32K away from the IFO file. When the ISO mastering software reads the IFO file, it should use that sector number and place the BUP at the correct location.
