[Dvdauthor-developer] Version numbering

Hello,

I noticed that 0.6.15-ldo was uploaded to sf.net, cool.

However, at least Fedora and apparently Mandriva are already using 0.6.17 
which was available from http://www.joonet.de/dvdauthor/

Could you make the next release number something greater than 0.6.17 in order 
to help us avoid nasty things like Epoch numbers in packaging dvdauthor and 
upgrading from the 0.6.17 version?  Maybe the attached patch will serve as a 
reminder... (and I wouldn't personally mind a quick new release just for this 
purpose ;))

Also, if you ask me, there's no need to append [-+]ldo to the as these are now 
the official dvdauthor releases IIUC.
