I disagree. The menu doesn't bother me, but on fullscreenwindow mode, we really need the ability to zoom everything else in even more. To play comfortably on 1920x1080 you need at least 3x zoom on the menu bar and sidebar, which is not only apparently the maximum allowed zoom right now, but it can also only be achieved by manually editing the config file.
And monitors keep getting bigger. I don't think we need any real limits on these zoom factors, as long as the scaled versions fit comfortably on the screen. It's fun to occasionally get that 320x200 feel back.
