#3 Occasional crash on new scenario

Sometimes the scenario fails to load, and no pictures show up. This has happened twice in a row, even though the program otherwise operates normally. My guess is that there's a malformatted picture reference or scenario.

WORKAROUND: Start the game over.

SOLUTION: It's been hard for me to test since it doesn't seem to happen that often. There should be more exception catching so that the game doesn't stop with such an error.

I discovered a few missing pictures for the default scenario. The pix will be added into the next release. We'll still need to look into a way to prevent anything resembling a crash just because of a missing picture.
