Not sure where you are located, but if you're getting Marti, you can also try:
Kuwait on 15110 between 0945 and 1325
Nigeria on 15120 around 17-1800 or so.
Sometimes, you can get WINB in the morning on 9980 between 07-1000 or 7315 between 07-0800. They're very irregular.

The only DRM station I can get here is 7345 Radio Marti. Only 10 db SNR and I get decoded audio. I'm using a 250' long wire antenna in the trees.

Can also try for Romania on 9760 ~17-1800.
Also 9620 in Spanish (booming right now) at 21-2200.
