Dream is a software implementation of a Digital Radio Mondiale (DRM) receiver. With Dream, DRM broadcasts can be received with a modified analog receiver (SW, MW, LW) and a PC with a sound card.

Unable to get it to work. Just get error message saying "The code execution cannot proceed because wpcap.dll cannot be found Reinstalling the program may fix the problem. " I have done this 4 times and it doesn't. Consequently can only give one star at the moment.
