#1 Change \"Engelsk\" into English when adding a review

When adding a review through the client, and "English"
is chosen, it's stored as "Engelsk" (Norwegian word for
English) instead of just "English". Fixxxxx this.

As for when "Norsk" / "Norwegian" is chosen, it should
appear as "Norsk".

Example: In compliance to :
http://www.dostopia.com/index.php?page=view_review&reviewID=6

(See under Intended audience there, and this review is
written in: Engelsk).
