It has come to our attention that bugs are being reported in some forum out on the net. Bugs should be reported at our bug tracker here at SourceForge, and not elsewhere.
We also have recieved a bug report about lack of functionality in the client. Currently, the username in the login box IS case sensitive, but this will change in the next release.
Another bug regarding black buttons and no readable text has also been reported. This bug occurs if you have skinned windows yourself and/or replaced the default Windows color schemes. We recommend that you do not use a custom skin for windows while using the DOStopia client; stick to the bundled skins that comes with Windows instead. This issue is mostly encountered with Windows XP, but can also occur with the use of Windows Blinds.
The first beta release is now available for download. We appreciate if downloaders would provide us with feedback.
A new screenshot release is now provided. This version is still incomplete, and has no real value whatsoever.
This release makes it possible to log in, and you can at this moment use the username "testuser" and password "testpass" (without the quotes).
Due to some inactivity since project founding date, we have decided to release the preliminary screenshot release (0.1a). This is meerly a dummy version that only shows a login form which has no functionality at all. We expect to release a better version during the next week.
