This patch adds hi-color (15- and 16-bit color ) to ET4000 SVGA emulation. The emulated DAC is UMC UM70C178, similar to Sierra SC11487 or Mark3. Only modes are emulated, not overlays. Both register level access and BIOS extensions are supported. WHATVGA properly detects and tests all modes. Also tested with TTGA (TGA viewer) and PCAnimate. Both are completely functional in all supported modes.

This causes a yellow tint in Windows 3.11 when in 15-bit or 16-bit colors on Mac OS X 10.6

After a bit of testing, it seems that blue isn't being drawn.
