very need CONFIG.SYS to change variable FILES or please change default value of FILES ( 127 ? ) to 160..

files with numbers higher then 127 are usually associated with network files. Those we don't want to support. So will keep the max at 127.
You can however boot a version of dos inside dosbox (using the boot command) in that version you can put what you like.
