#150 Enable native mouse emulation using keyboard/joystick mapping.

It would be nice if we had the native ability to emulate the mouse cursor using keyboard/joystick mappings. There are many cases where having a real mouse is not possible and using 3rd party tools (Like something Windows specific, etc) is not possible.

Coming from a portable RetroPie setup, it would be nice if I could just enter the native DosBox mapper and set my mouse axis's to any avaliable button, since there is no other alternative avaliable to me.
