#121 Bring mount folder as cdrom to feature parity with disc image support

Specifically, i'd like support for folders mounted as 'cds' change with ctrl+f4 and mounting a folder with ogg/mp3/flac audio.

    I'd want this to share data for some late cd games with scummvm and still be able to use them on the dos install with the help of hard links. Examples are: Lighthouse, RAMA, versaillers 1865 etc.
