#221 Crash in DrawCursor
File ints/mouse.cpp:
Calculation for xratio is bad -- it results in xratio=0
if screen width is above 640. DOSBox crashes a few
lines later trying to divide by xratio. I don't know if
it is reproducible with any games or apps right now but
I've got it to happen running Eric the Unready in
800x600 every time the game tried to show dialog box.
