Heretic cannot use SWITCHES lump of like Boom. In the code there is a test that rejects any entry in the SWITCHES lump that is less than Episode 4, when heretic mode.
Fixed SVN 966 Restriction removed on heretic.
It interferes with Blasphemer wads. Boom was do not have such a restriction. Other ports do not have such a restriction on Heretic wads.
