#395 Stuck in another player during splitscreen

I was playing splitscreen with my brother in DM mode
and sometimes when I wanted to respawn and my
brother was standing on one of the spawn points - I was
respawned on that point too so I get stuck in my
brohter [ no telefragged effect ] - of cource, when I
started shooting he was killed after a while, but during
our "stuck together" moment, I was unable to move. --

This is an annoying bug. Legacy needs to either telefrag
players who spawn on others, or to check a spawnpoint is
free first.
