After Pygments version upgrade to 2.1 some tests of docutils started failing, because of addition/change of some tokens related to python single/double quotes and comments.

The issue can be reproduced by installing pygments and then executing alltests.py from docutils.

The attached patch fixes the issue at the test suite.
