My config file looks like this: [options] compact_lists: 0 source_link: 1 datestamp: %Y-%m-%d %H:%M UTC generator: 1 xml_declaration: 0 All the other options in this config file work as expected, but the xml_declaration does not. I've tried every variation I could think of, and none of them work with the xml writer or my revised html writer.
