See the discussion on docutils-user list. The point is that I write in Czech, but whenever I regenerate my ODT document using rst2odt the document’s default style is again in English and the switching the style language is rather complicated and requires a lot of mouse clicking.

It seems the feature is in version 0.14rc1.
