#287 rst2man: comma after option argument is in bold

With the following reStructuredText file:

-f, --foo
   FOO

-b n, --bar n
   BAR

rst2man produces the following output:

.B \-f\fP,\fB  \-\-foo
.BI \-b \ n\fP,\fB \ \-\-bar \ n

I suppose \fP was intended to reset to the normal font; but in the .BI line it actually switches to the bold font.
