#15 Some new useful features

Hi there,

thank you for the effort and good job. We needed some new functionality, so we have made slight modifications to the docking framework. It seems to be quite stable and working, so patch is attached. New features:

- captions may become bold if user needs to be notified about tab content change
- serializable pane maximization on F11 or Maximize button (could be turned off). Restore again on F11 (to be improved). Multi monitors supported.
- slight improvements on inert button and splitter UI (looks better with various XP skins and more like VS)
