DockPanel Suite Version 2.0 RC1 released!

Changes:
1. License changes from Public Domain to MIT License; 
2. VS2005 appearance and right-to-left support; 
3. Fixed size DockWindow and AutoHideWindow; 
4. Re-structure the drag-and-drop part; 
5. Rewrite the focus management part and window
clipping for MDI, fix the bugs of window activation
and re-paint; 
6. Bug fixes; 

API breaking changes: 
1. Only support .Net Framework 2.0, no more 1.x; 
2. Namespace change from WeifenLuo.WinFormsUI to
WeifenLuo.WinFormsUI.Docking; 
3. Re-structure the customization part; 
4. Other name changes suggested by FxCop.
