Thanks Mike. I'll check it in, along with a subdirectory under 
dnx/nagios containing Nagios 2.9 header files.

Ultimately, I'd like to be able to just assume a dependency on a 
pre-installed nagios developer package (eg., 
nagios-dev-2.10.1.i586.rpm), but in my research thus far, I've not been 
able to find a nagios-dev package prior to version 2.10. I don't think 
they published one before 2.10, so we'll have to continue to include the 
relevant nagios header files in the dnx package until everyone appears 
to care only about 2.10. This isn't really a big deal, because it's only 
about a dozen fairly small header files.
