Initial Comment:
Allow individual users to hide forums of their choosing.

A user might never be interested in a specific forum,
i.e. beta or a localized language.

Would be nice if an interface was created, which
allowed the user to filter out forums of their choice.  

Would also need an interface to show hidden forums and
restore to visible.
