Need to store the version within the website section,
also need to have the version on SF website (xml) that
can be checked when an admin first logs in, if there is
a newer version available then the admin should be
redirected to a page informing them of a new version.

This has now been implemented, however in a slightly
different way.  Now when an Admin goes to the default admin
page they will see their current board version, the latest
board version and the latest beta version.

If their board is out of date with latest stable release
then a message appears in red prompting them to upgrade.
