When a user belongs to 1 or more usergroups, and the
usergroups have access to the same topic then the error
"multiple rows in singleton select" is shown.

When a user belongs to more than one usergroups,and they
have permission to view the same forum, when they try to
edit one of their existing posts this exception is raised.
