The link sent by email to a new user contains an
invalid URL.

Current Link:

[FORUMROOT]/Users/VerifyAccount.aspx?userid=[USERID]&code=[ACTIVATIONCODE]

Should be:

[FORUMROOT]/Users/VerifyAccount.aspx?id=[USERID]&code=[ACTIVATIONCODE]
