[Dnfbb-developers] Smilies - again

I was thinking of downgrading the smilies feature request
(https://sourceforge.net/tracker/index.php?func=detail&aid=1363918&group_id=
152364&atid=784892).  I have implemented 12 smilies already, which should
suffice for version 1.  This feature request would, imo, make a good minor
upgrade in the future.

Anybody have any thoughts on this?
