[Dnfbb-developers] Banning - downgrade

I was thinking of downgrading Banning feature
(http://sourceforge.net/tracker/index.php?func=detail&aid=1363916&group_id=1
52364&atid=784892) from priority 6 to priority 5, which means it won't be in
V1.0 release.  

Although its an important feature, its something that can be scheduled for
v1.1 allowing us to release v1.0 quicker.

Does anybody have any objections?
