Thinking ahead again, whats the best way to add smilies.  Personally I would
prefer a method that could ultimately, but not in v1, be updated by the
admin.  Would we therefore be better off having a smilie table, that admins
could alter as / when, or A.N. Other method of handling smilies.  Thoughts?
