Mercoledi' e' arrivato il pacco da Think Geek con le nostre cose, ma quegli #%?@!i dell'Airborne Express chiedono un pagamento extra di 97.81 Euro tra IVA, dogana e furti vari. Anziche' ritirare subito il pacco, ho chiamato a Milano per chiedere spiegazioni e ho litigato con una #%?@!a che mi ha detto che 72 Euro sono le tasse doganali piu' l'IVA, mentre 25 Euro se li prendono loro per il disturbo. Come vedete dal messaggio allegato, ho chiesto a quelli di Think Geek se e' possibile rimandare indietro la merce e rifare la spedizione con un altro corriere, ma mi hanno indicato la loro FAQ sugli ordini internazionali e temo che abbiano ragione loro... ci tocca pagare.
