[Dirssync-opendisc] Localization Files still Broken

I tried the last version of  dirssync in the cvs (1.19). There is still 
that problem with localization files (.mo files) these files are binary 
files (something like a databese) so probably the problem is the same we 
had with DirsSync.png. In fact, replacing the .mo files in cvs with the 
ones downloaded from the download page at sourceforge all returns to work.
What can be done?
