Can I suggest that all new releases of Dirssync (I'm not talking about the files that are just put in the CVS repository) are announced on
comp.lang.python.announce:

Personally, it's a moderated Google group that I scan on a regular basis to see if anything interesting is in the offing. I think that it will raise the profile of Dirssync considerably, and may attract more developers.
