Well, since there is no reason that Dijjer can't be used in  
conjunction with Weed files, I am not sure I see the point in  
integrating weed functionality into Dijjer.  It is generally better  
to create general purpose tools that can be combined to address  
specific scenarios, rather than creating specific tools for specific  
scenarios.  Dijjer is a general purpose tool than can be used in all  
sorts of applications including the delivery of weed files.
