#87 Minor dual-monitor issues

Hi - I noticed a couple of issues on a win10 pc with dual monitors that power on after a sleep:

• the clock is moved from the secondary screen to the primary
• and is under other windows instead of on top as configured, until interacted with

first of all, if you are about DigitalClock4 - it is no longer maintained, there is DigitalClock5 as a replacement.

• DigitalClock4 moves to the primary screen when the secondary is disconnected and this will not be changed as it is unsupported anymore. DigitalClock5 had some bugs in a few versions, and some issues / corner cases (as mentioned "after sleep") may still exist, will check.
• not working "stay on top" in different cases is eternal problem since ~2015, this is not controllable by me and will not be fixed

if the issue regarding multiple displays is in DigitalClock5, please consider reporting it to GitHub, this space is a historical place for DigitalClock4.
