[dhis2] New HISP wiki (website)

Hi all,

After some testing we now would like to announce the new wiki for HISP and
the DHIS-2 project:

www.hisp.info/confluence/

It's a confluence wiki that enables all of you to participate in keeping
the content updated and interesting.

The wiki has three main sections (spaces in correct confluence terminology):

HISP - a section for general information concerning HISP, such as local
HISP teams, communication channels, research, teaching, and an intro to
the projects.

DHIS-1 - a section devoted to the DHIS 1.X series, the MS platform-based
versions. All relevant information as well as a (possible) software
download page concerning DHIS 1.3 and DHIS 1.4 is found here.

DHIS-2 - a space for the DHIS 2.0 project. Design, ongoing systems
development, resources, developer guides and tutorials, and introductions
to tools and frameworks ++ are all located here.

I recommend that all of you sign up and get a user account so that you can
start to edit and write yourselves. Follow the instructions on the main
page to sign-up.
