Correct. I just had an epiphany. Are the files you are trying to edit
within the DansGuardian etc directory defined in the module config?

If not, the module will complain that you do not have permission to
edit. Confusing error I know, but I am re-writing to replace those
errors. It's to prevent the file editors in the module from modifying
system files like password lists =P
