Everything looks good there. Try manually editing your username.acl file 
in /etc/webmin/dansguardian and change the *list=0 variables to 1. You 
could also change the editconf to 1 as well. That should let you get to 
most anything.

If you see anything that doesn't have a number after it, put a 1. Then 
you at least have access =)

OR you could remove your username.acl file. That will cause webmin to 
use the module defaults for access, which by default is to allow everything.
