What version of the module are you using? The behavior listed is oddly
like a bug that was fixed in the 0.5 series. Try updating to the latest
devel module if you are not running it already.

| Go into the Webmin Users module, and modify the ACL rules for your user
| for the DansGuardian module. That should take care of it. Let me know if
| that doesn't work.
