[Dgwebminmodule-users] Unable to Edit Config files

Hi,
  Am I missing something?  I am running DG 2.8.0.4.  The module seems 
fine, but when I go to edit a Conf or List file, I receive the error 
"You are not authorized to use this section"

So, how do I make myself authorized :)
