[Dgwebminmodule-users] Webmin module 0.5.10 Pre-release 2

This second Pre-release includes read-only support for group settings, and
read-write support for the list files associated with a group. I would really
appreciate some feedback from this version to let me know what you all think
about it. Thanks, and happy downloading!

- Removed link in edit.cgi to return to config
- Added conf_bypasstimelimit, conf_bypasskey, index_numberofgroups,
index_groupsettings to language file for english
- Changed groups.cgi to use new and current lang variables
